It has been a pleasure working for Turning the Page, a wonderful non-for-profit which helps student success by engaging parents and families.

I was given a Photoshop design and first turned it in HTML for proofing, and once that was checked off I turned it into a custom WordPress theme.

Since Turning the Page doesn’t have any staff specifically dedicated to managing the website, I had to create instructions and make it simple enough for anyone with basic computer savvy to maintain the site and make changes.

Some of the many features include a slideshow, several page templates, easy sidebar edits, and a custom instructions page in the WordPress back office.
